The minimum is 1 month while there is no maximum. Under special circumstances, we allow for rentals shorter than 30 days.

  • Can I access my storeroom 24/7?

Our facilities are open every day of the week. Our Maxwell Crescent facility is accessible 24/7 via a gate key. Atherton is open during the daytime only, and our yard storage at Costa Street is only accessible during the daytime via a gate key.

  • What items can I keep in your storage sheds or open yard?

You can store anything you want in our facilities except for things that are:

    • Alive
    • Dangerous
    • Highly flammable
    • Illegal
    • Perishable
  • What kinds of storage do you provide?

We offer a variety of storage types according to your requirements. These include:

    • Personal
    • Commercial
    • Industrial
    • Vehicular

  • Are the items in your self-storage insured?

No they’re not, but you can consider extending your current household insurance to cover your goods while in storage; you will need to check with your insurer.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer direct deposits to our account. We also accept payments via EFTPOS  either over the phone or in person.

  • What are your payment terms?

Advanced payment of monthly rent. We provide generous discounts if you pay 6 or 12 months in advanced. We refund unused portions of the advanced payment upon vacating the unit.

  • Do you require a bond?

No, we don’t. We only ask for advanced rental payments. For the Maxwell Crescent  & Costa Street facilities, a gate key deposit is also mandatory.

  • Are padlocks provided with storage units?

No, they’re not. You’ll need to provide your own, preferably a 40mm padlock.

  • Do you have access to my storage unit?

No, we don’t. Your storage unit is secured with your own padlock, and only you have access. Any exclusions are detailed in your Storage Agreement - Terms and Conditions, Section 6.

  • What security measures do you implement?

Aside from gates and fences, we also have CCTV cameras, a guard doing rounds on all premises, and a manager at the Herberton Road site during operating hours.

  • Do your storage units have power?

No, they don’t. Electricity is only for automatic security and hallway lighting.

  • Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes, we do. Please get in touch with our office to obtain a copy.

  • Do you offer packing materials?

No, we don’t. However, we can refer you to local suppliers for your requirements.

  • Are you open on weekends and public holidays?

The office is closed but will open via prearranged appointments only. But you can still access your units every day. The Herberton Road facility is open daily from 6:00am to 6:00pm, while you can access the Costa Street and Maxwell Crescent using your gate key.

  • Do you offer price matching?

    Certain conditions apply.

  • Are your facilities pest-controlled?

Yes, they are. We commission a professional company to carry out routine inspections and treatments for vermin-free storage solutions. But we still recommend storers to place pest control products throughout their shed to deter unwanted pests.
